The PM partook in a half hour Q&A with a gathering of youngsters where he was determinedly flame broiled on issues like the LGBT group, the SNP and the “tampon tax”.

Moderator Chris Smith even offered Mr Cameron a £1,000 wager that he would not win a a majority at the election (an offer he didn’t choose to take him up on).

Further in, his most serious issue came with the living wage. After an especially tempered discussion with April from West London, in which the Prime Minister was over and over squeezed on whether he might want to see a living wage introduced and if he could live off the minimum wage (£6.50 per hour).
